Costs of Services

• For contracted (1099) service(s):  pricing and method of payment are to be negotiated and finalized during the contract creation and development process(es)

• For non-contracted service(s):  pricing and method of payment are to be negotiated and finalized at the time of service(s)

  • For notary public service(s):  ONLY performing general notary work (GNW) by appointment and pricing will be dependent upon the location (travel), type(s) of document(s) accepted for notarization, and/or number of signatures needed to complete the accepted document(s)

    • Pricing starts at $30.00 U.S. for Aurora, Colorado and increases with the number of accepted notarizations ($10.00 U.S. per additional notarization, up to a max), time of day for the notarization(s), and/or the distance for round trip travel outside of Aurora, Colorado 

      • Distance costs are calculated using the current I.R.S. (Internal Revenue Service) mileage rates for operating an automobile(s) for business(es); see https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/standard-mileage-rates 

      • Number of notarizations will be maxed/capped at 3 (three), unless more are agreed upon beforehand

      • "Convenience fee(s)" for notarization(s) done outside of the normal operating hours (Monday through Saturday from 9AM MST to 6PM MST, typically) and/or are in complicated/hard to find locations is an additional $20.00 U.S. or more (dictated by the amount of inconvenience and if the job/work is accepted)

  • For appliance repair - Currently discontinued! This service may be brought back at a later time. 

    • An hourly work rate of $90.00/hour; furthermore, there's a minimum hour and half (1.5) for any work (job) agreed upon

    • An initial diagnostic fee of one work hour ($90) is credited to the total bill, if service(s) is agreed upon; if not, then the diagnostic fee is only charged

    • A total/complete bill would include all work hours completed, plus the price(s) for part(s) and part(s) delivery fee of $20 for deliveries within Aurora; the delivery fee increases for areas outside of Aurora.
