Mobile notary public for the state of Colorado, U.S.

• Note:  C.R.S. 24-21-529 Notary Fees states, 

  • "(1) Except as specified in subsection (2) of this section, the fees of a notary public may be, but must not exceed, five dollars ($5.00 U.S.) for each document attested by a person before a notary, except as otherwise provided by law. The fee for each such document must include all duties and functions required to complete the notarial act in accordance with this part 5."

  • "(2) In lieu of the fee authorized in subsection (1) of this section, a notary public may charge a fee, not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00 U.S.), for the notary's electronic signature."

• Furthermore, a notary public can and will charge for separate services rendered (e.g. his/her time for travel) during the process of performing notary acts/duties that are discussed within Part 5 Revised Uniform Law On Notarial Acts (RULONA); see https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/info_center/laws/Title24/Title24Article21Part5.html for details regarding the stated notary acts/duties

• Notary services were insured for errors and omissions under Western Surety Company via the American Association of Notaries, Inc.; said insurance can be brought back and modified as needed.

Residential appliance repair - Currently discontinued! This service may be brought back at a later time.

• Residential appliance repair focuses on most residential appliances (e.g. gas or electric clothes dryers) of all major brands (e.g. Maytag, Frigidaire, Samsung, etc.) and minor dryer vent cleaning (i.e. vacuuming/cleaning from the dryer access within the dwelling) for dwellings upto two stories tall and/or 2,000 sq. ft. and smaller. Contact to see if your appliance(s) and/or dwelling(s) is/are serviceable!!!
